Marriage & Family Therapy
(408) 608-7230
I am a licensed therapist with over fifteen years of clinical experience working with teens and young adults, complemented by more than twenty years of student advocacy experience in high school and community college settings. I specialize in helping clients develop self-awareness and build confidence to take healthy risks in their personal relationships and lives.
My therapeutic approach centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore challenges and discover pathways for meaningful growth. I work with individuals navigating difficult transitions, building self-confidence, and pursuing personal goals by equipping them with practical tools for forward progress. I focus on emotions to help people learn, understand, and work with their feelings.
I am particularly passionate about supporting teens and young adults in cultivating self-acceptance, developing confidence in risk-taking, embracing vulnerability, and fostering genuine relationships. My commitment is to partner with clients in achieving their goals and facilitating their journey toward positive, lasting change.
