Feeling overwhelmed, distracted, or like you’re falling behind while everyone else seems to have it all figured out?

If you’re a twenty-something or young adult trying to navigate life with ADHD and anxiety, you’re not alone — and you’re not broken. Maybe your thoughts never stop spinning. Maybe you beat yourself up for missing deadlines, zoning out in class or meetings, or overthinking social situations. You might be exhausted from masking how hard you’re trying just to keep up.

I’ve worked with young adults who are wrestling with the same things — the internal pressure, the racing thoughts, the emotional highs and lows, and the fear of not measuring up. Whether you’re in college, working, or still figuring out your path, therapy can help you move from self-blame to self-understanding.

We’ll work together to help you make sense of what’s going on in your mind and body, learn practical skills to manage your emotions, and build confidence in your identity and choices. You don’t have to keep pretending you’re fine. And you don’t have to do this alone.

Who I Work With

  • Young adults navigating independence, relationships, and identity
  • Families who feel stuck in painful cycles and want practical support
  • Parents looking for guidance as they raise emotionally complex kids

Whether you or a family member has just received a diagnosis, you’re seeing new behaviors you don’t know how to handle, or you’re simply burnt out from trying to keep everything together, therapy can help you reconnect—with yourself, and with each other.

About Me

Since 2009, I’ve had the privilege of providing therapy in a variety of settings — hospitals, schools, and outpatient clinics. These experiences have allowed me to work with people from all walks of life, each bringing their own story and strengths. Over the years, I’ve supported clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges.

I hold both a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. My education laid the groundwork, but it’s the real-life conversations, the trust built in session, and the growth I’ve witnessed in my clients that have shaped me as a therapist.

I know it’s not easy to reach out for help. So if you’re here, just know this — taking that first step is a sign of strength. And I’m glad you’re exploring what support might look like for you.
